customer service cut me off on the phone a whole bunch of times and was rued.
I asked for there manager and got 12k points

Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem

Added more requesting separate beds in reservation, but there was only one. We decided to just have them open the sofa instead, asking it to be done before 9 PM Friday night. Needless to say, when we returned at 9:15 nothing was done. It took about a half hour to get everything in order.

+1 .. Now having dried blood on my sheet and asking for it to be changed and they never did that is unacceptable and should be complained about.

I had dried blood on my sheets in the hyatt in Hawaii
I stayed there for 3 nights on points and cash
I got 25k points back. $225 hyatt credit, free cabana rental, boxes of chocolate
and I had the staff making sure everything was good for me

that's pretty good. I had dry blood on my sheets and both pillows, plus hair in the shower, and flies in the bathroom. I got 20k, Hyatt NY.

stayed at sheraton four points in niagra on chol hamoed, booked at a higher rate because they said they had a "suite" available, turns out its just a large room. i always thought a suite needed to have partitioned off areas as if its a second room. worth the kvetch?

Because you didn't bother to read the description of the room on the hotels website, therefore your upset that the room wasn't what you thought it was ?!

I disagree. You can reasonably not rely on hotel website photos and descriptions. I've had many rooms which were nothing like those described online (though sometimes for the better).

Honestly i was very bothered by them calling this room a Junior Presidential Suite when in a regualr place it would be called a regular (or larger) room. I am more concerned about them seeing a history of kvetching on my account and them getting annoyed. Last time I used SPG I had a legitimate complaint. Anyone have experience with multiple complaints?

My parents checked in to the st. regis bal harbor on my reservation and spg number. the hotel room has the full home automation system. last night every 20 minutes the lights went on. even after the engineer came he said its all fixed and once he left it started again every 20 minutes. how should i go about this? it was a cash reservation.

booked a club room in sheraton roma. the club was closed for construction and the a/c was not going to be turned on till june with the room reaching 75 degrees all hey managed to get me was an old fan.
gave back my 5500 points for the stay

BUMP spg not helping me in the matter. anyone have a special email address for higher ups in spg?
