A resort that was booked via CSP travel lost power during the hurricane for 10 hrs. Can I get comp through Chase either as one of the card benefits or reimbursement of points that we didn't get the full benefit from?
Chase is Just a 3rd party booking service.
You can try getting the hotel to refund some $ (a night) and then get chase to give it back in the form of points.

Stayed at a Marriott.  Bed looked like it had been slept in before and made after being used.  Then found used tampon in garbage.  Got 20k points.
I think that’s my first complaint in last 500 nights stayed in hotels.  This one grossed me out

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at a sheraton. The room wasn't cleaned on day 1, on day 2 I asked the passing cleaner if it was going to be cleaned she said yes, at the end of the day when we got back to the rooms it was still not cleaned  :(

I went down to the front desk and they said you need to request the cleaning  ::), nowhere did it say that  >:(

He gave me 10K (5 per room) I asked for more but he said that's the most he can do. I'm still debating if I should reach out to marriot directly because by the 3rd night I really felt gross, sleeping in the same sheets that my kids had wrecked for almost 3 days straight
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Gross after 3 nights? How often do you change your sheets at home?

At home, my kids don’t eat on the bed, they don’t throw their wet bathing suits covered in sand on the bed, and even if they did do that they wouldn’t do it in my bed sooo ya, gross.  ;)

Booked a cheap (~$70) SpringHill Suites by Marriott while on road trip 2 months ago. Got an email from the area GM that due to Covid, they had to move us to a Courtyard by Marriott down the block.

I responded that night (didn't see the email until I pulled up to hotel late night) that I was very disappointed to not be getting the Suite that I paid for, so the GM offered me 10k Bonvoy which I accepted. Fast forward to now, the points still hadn't come through, so I emailed to followup.
Apparently he by mistake put in an extra 0, which the system flagged and wouldn't process.

So he had it updated to 20k and pushed it through :)

what’s fair to get for St Regis Bal Harbour room not being ready until 2 hours after checkin when requested early checkin. Gold member. 5 night 355k point stay. They gave $150 off. I think deserve more. Also spa closed weekdays cuz of COVID and Bentley not available for some reason. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks!
If you are trying to get my attention/assistance and I'm not responding, please feel free to PM me. :)

4am requested and 6am provided would actually be excellent service

Booked a 2 BR suite at a residence inn. When I got there I was informed they cancelled the reservation since the room wasn't available. What can I expect and how do I go about doing it?

Paid room at local hotel, plus $100 (in cash) (+90,000 points if your Platinum or above). Other Marriott brands have more compensation.

They are supposed to book for you an equivalent hotel (cash). Plus give you compensation. Call Marriott. Also tell them that they didn't take care of you like they were supposed to and let you fend for yourselves. Keep us posted please. Good luck!

Do you have any status?
