How much should I expect for this. Is there a direct email for JetBlue? The online form doesn't allow more than 1,500 characters.
Expect nothing. Be happy if they give you a $50 voucher.

If the delay was exactly 2 hours (including the eventual takeoff), and they have up to 2 hours to "give you a snack", they didn't really "violate your rights"..
And if they started a full snack service (which is what would've ended up happening if everyone around you saw you getting snacks / drinks), your delay would've ended up being much longer then 2 hours.

JetBlue is actually the best for domestic delays, as they have clearly published amounts for different categories and lengths.

Oh, and you're posting in the wrong thread. Belongs here:

I stayed at a marriot back in august and had a problem with the room, and the hotel manager said that he refunded the charge. I booked it through priceline and they said that they dont see the refund. This is going in circles. Whats the next option?

Stayed in Hilton Budapest for two nights. Payed 84000 points and about $50. Shower and faucet had yellow water coming out of it, we were moved o a smaller room and we were given toothpaste which had expired around a year ago. Was offered 42000 points. Should I accept?

Push hard for full refund, especially if you’re diamond. Doesn’t sound like a large amount of points they should be able to refund you full amount for such an inconvenience.

I booked the AC hotel in washington through priceline. I had a problem with the room but and the hotel manager said that he refunded the charge. I called priceline and they said that they never received authorization for the refund. The hotel insists that the refunded the charge and even sent me a refund receipt. Whats my next course of action to get the money back from priceline?

Would rather not go down that road, is there any way to file a formal complaint against priceline since they are unwilling to investigate the matter. They just hang up after telling me that they already reviewed the case and decided not to refund it.

They are supposed to book for you an equivalent hotel (cash). Plus give you compensation. Call Marriott. Also tell them that they didn't take care of you like they were supposed to and let you fend for yourselves. Keep us posted please. Good luck!

Do you have any status?

Free hotel stay plus $100 was not worth it? :)

Should have been able to do it with a few DMs.

Night away at local Hyatt - left the kids with their grandparents.
In room alarm goes off at 6am and there goes my sleep 💤
Compensation worthy? Ready room should include alarm being set to off you would think.

Ouch. Happens all the time, though. The previous guest has alarm on for early morning flight and the next person forgets to verify that it is off.

I think alarm clocks at hotels are stupid.

If for whatever reason your cell phone alarm isn't good enough, order a wakeup call.

Can you guys advise me? Booked the most expensive available room to get away at 500/night room due to advertised photos and descriptions at Zachari Dunes by Hilton Curio. I was willing to pay the price for the view and location.

Instead they gave me this

Complained and was told manager would get back to me. Nothing happened until I complained on Twitter when she answered rudely that it was all they had available at that category but because I'm disappointed she will do me a favor and waive the resort fees. Refused to acknowledge the false advertising and pictures.

Is there a way I can get compensated?

Fire alarm went off at 2am. Entire hotel evacuated.

Marriott really felt bad, so bad that they even compensated us with 3000 bonvoy pesos.

Ps, they only compensated for those who asked. The others apparently weren't bothered at all.

So next time they won't sound the alarm and everyone can die by smoke or fire...

Obviously it was a malfunction and there was nothing.

I had it at a Hyatt once and they refunded all my points for the night.

how do you know that it wasn't someone smoking or something that could have been a danger?
The alarm is to save your life. They don't owe you anything for trying to save you...

but you are correct, if it was a malfunction then they should compensate...
