Grr wish I'd seen this earlier. In January I stayed at a Sheraton and there was no safe in the room. My wife hid her iPod in  a drawer because of this. A few hours after leaving the hotel she realized she had left it behind. We called the hotel but of course no one had found it. Do you think there's even a point in complaining now 4 months later?

Hmm.. 4 months is a while but I suppose you could try. Did you ask for a safe?

I had a prepaid reservation at the westin hotel for 4 nights i didn't make it the first night i arrived in the morning and i was told i need to wait the room is not ready yet i said i paid already he told me that reservation i lost because i arrived late.
i would like to get some compensation to whom is the best to write about this issue?

You don't deserve any compensation. You should've called the hotel. You lost your reservation
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

i have nothing to do with travcom. i just used them a few times for car and cell and i'm very happy with them.
