After a horrible one night experience at the Sheraton Princess in HNL I sent an email to management and got 2500 points.

so what kind of compensation should i ask for?? i'm by a starwood hotel for 3 nights and they already had two sep blackouts. two days appart!!!

How long were the blackouts?

the first about 4 hours. the put us up at a local hotel.
2nd about 2 hours

Incident: AC not working properly and lack of kosher breakfast
Compensation: Gift certificate for free night in any radisson in North America

I had a prepaid reservation at the westin hotel for 4 nights i didn't make it the first night i arrived in the morning and i was told i need to wait the room is not ready yet i said i paid already he told me that reservation i lost because i arrived late.
i would like to get some compensation to whom is the best to write about this issue?
i'm spg gold

You don't deserve any compensation. You should've called the hotel. You lost your reservation

i have nothing to do with travcom. i just used them a few times for car and cell and i'm very happy with them.
