But, before, I'll explain my post in an effort to save you time.
I stated that it was a bad move to sign a legal waiver "
if you have even have the remotest inkling to sue."
You responded:
why? they didn't beat her to sign anything, they offered her to accept some kind of compensation if she waives her rights to sue, and accepts this as a final compensation to settle this case.
In other words, your response states/implies that it's
not a bad move to sign a legal waiver because (i) they didn't beat her to get the waiver, and (ii) because they offered her some compensation.
Now, if you could kindly explain how (i) not being beat and (ii) receiving compensation, addresses my point--that signing a waiver very likely impedes the possibility of bringing successful suit--I'd be much obliged.
