Incident: Mildew smell in room, burned out light-bulbs, internet slower than a 56K modem, claimed not to have any upgrades when Hyatt.com was selling them, refused food and bev (or any other) credit in lieu of diamond breakfast.

Was so happy to get out of there and switch to the SLS.
