I just came back from a weekend away at sheraton suites and I are on the invoice that I'm being charged $100 extra. It says the reason next to it is party room ?!? Anyone have any experience with this. We did have kids with us but we did not trash the room and we even cleaned up before we left?!

Incident: No-one looked at me when standing on the gold line, waited half hr for bellman and missed the shuttle to airport

Hotel: IC HKG
Year of incident: 2013
Status at time of incident: Platinum in IHG, no status w/ IC
Incident: Fire alarm went off for 10 minutes b/f 8am after we had arrived w/ kids late the night before. Turned out to be a technical issue, but it got e/o out of bed and dressed.
Compensation: 20k IHG (we had 2 rooms. One booked w/ free night cert, 1 with 45k points). They initially offered an upgrade for our next visit, but I said I didn't know when I'd return.

Great hotel by the way.
