Looks like CO/UA have done a fine job combining lifetime miles and all other intracacies onto the new United.com

Kudos for a painless transition and for choosing to keep the old CO.com format!  This may just be the first merger done right that I've ever seen.

+1 I can't even express how happy I am they kept Continentals site. Can you imagine having to deal with United old site?

I didnt link them before. But I just tried signing in with my united # and it showed up and said Your new MileagePlus account number: *******

On their twitter it says it can take up to 48 hours.
I did link mine before. I have no status. I checked it from my phone as I will be getting to my comp @ ~ 3am est ton. And after logging in with my
UA # it shows my CO acount alphanumeric #, but it only shows my CO miles. It didn't add in my UA miles. Guess I'll see when I get home or over the next couple days.

Were the accounts linked, if not try logging in with your legacy United MileagePlus # (all numeric, 11 digits) and you might have a new account (CO style) # for that.

Ya. I am thinking I can get it from Chase once the site starts acting normal again, I though it would be on the statement but its not.

(Mind you there are only 3 miles in my United account :P I transferred them all to Continental as they came in.)

I don't think it's worth linking the accounts for three miles, unless you have something else, like lifetime miles, EQM, or status, going for you.

Nope I don't plan on it, I am just wondering what happened to the account. I mean they were linked so the miles should have transferred automatically, but I am more interested in the miles that will accumulated via the CC in the future...
