I used them a few times. They couldnt help me with EVERYTHING I needed and transferred me but I think the transferred call got picked up quicker then when I was calling United direct.

I assume not. We were going domestic, so no lounge benefit with *G, and we were in First/BusinessFirst through IAH, so, boarding grou was #1 even w/o *G.

Although I had requested a KSML, it didn't get loaded. I'll see if this customer service issue will get *G treatment in response to my forthcoming letter. My parents were on the same flight one day later and also did not receive their kosher meal. They were told by the FA that no KSML was available because it was a domestic flight. That doesn't sound right, but considering that IAH-HNL is now labeled as First rather than BF, I suppose it could happen. In any event, the United webpage still shows special meals available on this route: http://pss.united.com/web/en-US/content/travel/inflight/dining/special/default.aspx

Thanks to United merge I just realized I have an extra 25k miles in my account. I called them after the merger to merge my one pass and mileage plus acc. and they said it will take 24-48 hrs. After 48 hrs. it still didnt post, so I called and they said they dont know why it didnt go but they'll move all the miles from that acc. to my other. 2 days later the acc. automaticly merged and I got those 25k from my other acc. again.

When the merge was going on (begining of march) and it was impossible to get through to them by phone, I emailed them asking to merge my accounts. Since then I've received around 7 emails that they got my email and will respond soon. I ended up doing it on the phone back then. Today I received an email that "Upon reviewing your account I see that your two accounts were consolidated into one when the merger took place.  Your accounts were consolidated on March 6, 2012 and the account number listed above is the one that is active."

Did they really think I'm still waiting for their response?  ???
