I have filed online complaint with CFPB against Barclays  on March 20th 2025 ( their online complaint system and phone support still works) but the CFPB says Barclays has 15 to 60 days to respond. Filed BBB complaint as well but Barclays only responds with " we will investigate this". Filed States AG complaint but my complaint is not forwarded to Barclays yet because they told me it takes few weeks for them to assign someone to look at my complaint and than to forward to Barclays because the states AG office receives many complaints and they are busy.

On FEB 2nd, applied for Barclays aviator card. somehow due to their known system glitch, they opened a duplicate aviator card without my consent. I didn't receive the 70k SUB on the duplicate so there was no advantage of keeping it. I contacted and spoke to their phone support managers and later to their Executive office agent after I filed the CFPB and BBB complaint  and I told them I want my credit report fixed and I don't want the duplicate unauthorized Aviator card to show on my credit report. If I were to apply for other credits from other banks, they will see the duplicate aviator on my credit report it may effect and hurt me when it comes to 5/24. They closed the duplicate aviator card  but did not update my credit report and it is still showing on my credit report as of even today. I have emailed called Barclays to take this matter seriously but all I hear from them is casual response like" we are still looking in to it and let you know".
I even reached out to 3 credit bureaus myself and tried disputing the duplicate card but they rejected my dispute saying" we need a letter from the card issuer saying you didn't apply for or fraudulent card this is".
I called customer service manager and emailed to their executive office called as well for that letter or statement that I didn't authorize the duplicate card but they don't respond to my emails or only respond with " we are investigating this while still admitting the duplicate card is their error and why they closed it".

I have no experience or funds to file lawsuit . Any other ways to get Barclays to update my credit report ?

Dispute with CB as not yours.
if you read my post above. I already tried disputing myself as fraudulent  card but CBs told told me this needs to be confirmed by credit card company as an unauthorized fraudulent card and I need a statement/document from them that I should upload .
I asked for that statement/document from Barclays but they ignore and gives me the same response which is " we are investigating".

There are few other who had the same " 2 aviator card approval issues". and one of them told me after he filed CFPB complaint like I did, Barclay iimmidiately deleted the duplicate card from his credit report  within 48 hrs.  so I know that Barclay has no excuse for taking too long to delete it from my credit report and throwing 60 days 90 days or we are investigating after weeks is still inexcusable. I am certain that the Barclays executive or president office that is taking my case is incompetent. not taking this seriously and hardly responds to me concerns and when she responds it is always " we are investigating this  even though they alerady closed the duplicate aviator card by saying its true that it is not authorized application by me".

When you report it as "not yours" they should verify it with the creditor or sometimes they just remove it.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I believe we are talking about the same thing.
I tried what you suggested but they rejected my dispute. when called why the rejected, they told me  I need  statement or letter from Barclay which Barclay doesn't want to give me. The credit bureaus also told me another way they might resolve my dispute is if I can get a police report. I will give few more days to see if Barclay does something to resolve this if not, I will file police report and use that to dispute again with CBs.
