Dont understand your issue , that is the best offer avail for the buisness card , the offer is the personal ... As mentioned in the wiki ..( first page of the thread)

offer on the United Business card.
So as a loyal Chase customer can you please go ahead and
credit me a $50 statement credit, and 55,000 miles now
that I've spent $1,000 and added an additional cardholder.
