I was looking at this VA card app and it has a link at the top for "expatriates" which leads to this app which gives an option for

So it may be possible for someone without a social to get this card??? not really sure but thought it was interesting

This card only has 1% Forex but there is a $90 annual fee

And if this is only way a person without a s.s.# can get a c.c. sounds good to me , $90.00 for aprox. 3 nites in a hilton is "cheap"

So to put it down in a simple summary, you have 2 benefits: 1 you can get it even with low or bad credit history, 2 you can apply for 1000 cards with different mock names (depends on how many names you can make up...) am I right? Sounds too good to be true.

Was just approved, I'm Canadian living in us with no credit history here, gave them my green card number and was approved! Thnx!

Its possible that they match your info against your passport number.
