I don't think apartments is something you can post a price on. A Pesach price for example usually runs higher than a standard week in most rental places IMHO. Also it seems the op is trying to rent it for a long period, and you would think that someone who takes it for a month will probably pay a different price per month, than someone that takes it for 4 months. So I don't think real estate is something that you want to post any prices until you hear from the other party how long you want it for. Just my opinion here.

ok the apt is currently rented until may 25. It is still available from may 25 until July 25.
