Is there any way to add insurance for rentals through priceline, i dont see the option at all, or does it have to be done at he time of rental

I noticed that when make a car rental reservation with Priceline that started making people put in the credit card information as "hold".
Anything to be afraid of and why did they start doing that?

I just made 2 reservations on priceline and they didn't ask for a CC. Make sure it's not a "pay now" reservation.

same question, I see it was never answered and I'm seeing this which is phenomenal. Any reason I shouldn't book it other then it being totally non-refundable

Anyone have any way to cancel and get a full refund for a Priceline express car rental?? It went down 60 dollars so I would love to rebook it
