i just offered priceline 18 dollars which they refused... then decided to offer me a car, same class for 17... am i missing something?

It was reg. , but I asked the desk agent and they asked me few hundred dollars more , is possible by priceline to be cheaper ?

And now I have a other question for 3 hours more , how much will that be?

Be very careful!
When you bid on a car, it includes all taxes, charges, underage fees etc'. When they offer you a new offer afterwards, its a reguler reservation and often dosent include certin charges. For example, if you are under 25 and you made a bid, the price would include the underage fee but your new reservation could be carrying a hiden 25$ a day underage fee.
Make sure you check it out well.

I don't see why it should be any different.

I was once looking for a car, while I was on the plane to my destination I checked again on priceline and got a significant cheaper rental then they offered me the days before, so you might wanna check again.

Just copy pasting what someone sent me long time ago, might/might not work;

"Claim that you meant to book a one way reservation (picking up and dropping off in different locations) and they'll issue full refund."

Again, I have no idea if this would work or not.

You might wanna try to call the rental company and cancel it with them.
