Domain name is free for one year. Then you have to pay 14.95 anualy. Better to register a domain name with another company and have it point to Microsoft.

Not worth it, other sites cost $8.99 so if you plan on having it for a while don't register with them

You can still use their web hosting and design without purchasing the domain name from them. Buy a domain name from someone else and point it to them.
