OK just did it.
It's actually simpler than the previous instructions.
1) You must use a browser that you never entered ctshirts.com/windsor or clear cookies (thats prob. the issue with those that are having trouble).
2) Go to ctshirts.com select your shirts and tie, go to checkout and apply coupon.
3) In another window go to ctshirts.com/windsor and voilà you should see 35.55 (for 1 shirt)

costed 177 for 5 shirts (including shipping) or about 35.40 with my ink bold (no forex)

I received an email saying my order shipped before my card was charged... or even pending on Amex.

They cancelled mine.. Anyone know how they check to see? Is it by IP address or they actually check the mailing address?
