You may need to ask them to hold it longer and usually until a day or so before departure.

Booked on ICN-CNX on KE and it's on an A330. When I go to fleet on their website, it says that there is an F cabin on that plane, but when I called, they said that there is no F fair for that route, and that Row 1 is always blocked out. She said I might be able to request it when I get to the airport. Anyone know what the deal with that is? Why not have an F fair if there's an F cabin?

I want to fly ICN-JFK in F. On the KE website, it's not available. However, when I search from another airport such as CNX-JFK, it gives me the F seat from ICN-JFK.

Has anybody had experience with this? Will it work? It would be terrible to transfer in the UR for an F award only to have it error out on the next page.

I tried calling it in but over the phone they tell me that it's not available even when they check CNX-JFK.

Date? I am checking on tomorrow and the next day and see flight KE81 available.

It's phantom space. The KE website has a good deal of it in general, and even more lately. You need to search each segment on its own to make sure the space is actually there.

I've never been successful in getting ke to book these kinds of things, so I am pretty sure it's not a married segment.
