Also, does any have any experience on wait listing Korean F seats? when do they tend to clear if at all? is it worth waiting on them? their availability seems to have been cut significantly recently where i barely see any seats available.

Transfer to Korean worthwhile now? I fly to China quite often.

Who else transfers to Korean and what's the expiration for Korean miles?

Thanks!

Marriott transfers and they expire 10 in 10 years so if you have use for them its definitely worthwhile to transfer

I wanna book economy direct flight from Seoul to TLV but its $1200. Delta has only availability in business for 70k points. In korean points its 35k points plus $100. How can i get those points. I know they only transfer from Marriott at a 3/1 rate. Any other ways? TIA :) :)

You can try Air France. But they often have their own award space that is not available to partners..

The difference in value between the 70k for Business or the 35k for Economy is only around $200 (Marriott points more valuable then Delta).

I checked Air France and like u said they don't have it. Ur saying that the best option would be to go with the 70k for business?

Yes

Here's how I got to that:
60k MT = 25k KE (/3 + 5k bonus)
30k MT = 10k KE (/3)

So 90k MT = 35k KE

90k MT @ .06 = $540
Tax +$100 = $640

70k DL @ 0.1 = $700
Tax +$25 = $725

$725 -$640 = $85 more expensive to fly in business

WOW!! Huge Yashor Koach on the breakdown.
Now I understand, makes everything clear.
Definitely worth $85 and no hassle for business.
Thank you very much  :D :D :D
