Ideas for Decent Cheap Phone

I'm not looking to get the newest, greatest phone out there. Anyone have any ideas for a decent phone which is not very expensive?

I'm loving the bold 9900 which cost $100 with 2yr contract from At&t. You gotta specify more about what you're looking for
