I opened this thread just to see what kind of mangled grammar was being used in the subject. I actually tried to guess for a minute before opening it.
It could be helped just by adding some punctuation such as:
Crazy, On-Water Hotels
or even
Crazy! On-Water Hotels!
But it would probably be best to change some words since even with the above punctuation changes it still implies that the hotel is next to the water as opposed to over the water. Also, it sounds like the whole hotel. To clarify that, I might say:
Crazy, Overwater Bungalows
