Yes.

I would think that you now need a conversation with him to feel his sincerity.
from what he wrote you, the details sound fine.

According to who? Everyone has different standards

Read, he wrote the Standards.
they are 100 Percent Excellent standards.
Only thing now is do you feel comfortable with him, do you trust this mashgiach.
I think a phone call or asking around is enough for that.

but again, his standards ? read them in Dan's Exchange.
pretty clear.

Many have posted that he's sincere.  I just don't know about the rabanut mehadrin business for some of the meat/chicken.

he clearly is not using Rabunat (plain) meat !
He's very careful not to rely on Heter Mechira for Shemita.
there's a mashgiach temidi there.
what other standards ?

one question is left, do you trust him ?

What is clear?  Explain to me Dans standards.
And those standards are not excellent to everyone, I for one don't eat all those.
Where are you from?  Are you assuming that since he wrote the word "mehadrin" that's good enough?  are you familiar with kashrus here?

Listen I might be wrong
I spent quite a few years learning is EY
granted it was some years back.
and from what I understand, If you would eat OU then Rabanut Mehadrin is equally fine.
again, anyone here agree?

Enlighten me.
I know of lot's of people that only eat the 2 big hechsherim (Eida, & Rav Landau)
but if you go out of that standard Am I wrong that the list above is perfect ?
Clearly Dan falls into this category along with most of us Charedim.
