LOL, I tried to watch that one also but it was too long and I couldn't get through it. ;)
I couldn't get through it in a single attempt either but still found it very funny. Looking forward to staying there next month!

So thanks to you I just went back and actually watched the whole thing and there is a really useful part.  Right before the 15 min mark (link below should take you to the correct place) she shows what a junior suite it for people who are wondering and shows the adjoining two room combo that we were upgraded into (from a points booking for two standard rooms) so that our family got the equivalent of a big 2 brm suite.

You're gold or diamond? And i think for a couple I've heard deluxe or grand deluxe is better than junior suite, is that correct?

I'm a diamond and we liked the Junior Suite but we definitely used the pullout couch for our kid and I'm not sure what is better for a couple.

Is the Shabbat morning brunch the same spread as during the week? What, if anything, is different?

I guess what I meant was, are there some offerings -- maybe certain hot dishes -- that are unavailable? And what do they add, if anything? Herring and cholent?

No cholent choices of kugels and quiche that are warm. Also choices of fish and herring.

Oh, sadly nothing planned in the near future. We'll be in EY for CH Sukkos, but not staying there and probably not even eating there.  We had the brunch a year ago and still remember it vividly.  I'm trying to get my son a new Citi Hilton card with two free w/e nights so he can go with a yeshiva buddy next year.

I tried to Google this but couldn't find anything. Does the WAJ have mehadrin kashrus? If not, anything different on Shabbos / around sukkos time?

There have been very heated discussions upthread, feel free to go back and read them. They do not have mehadrin hashgacha but there is discussion if perhaps they are anyway unofficially on a mehadrin level. There is nothing different for Shabbos or yom tov.

Hashgacha is plain Rabbanut.

Instead of relying on anonymous people, why don't you pick up the phone and call a reliable Rabbi who has been to the hotel kitchen, or knows someone that has, and see what he says.

P.S. The few Rabbanim that I have spoken with (that have actually checked out the kitchens top to bottom), all said they cannot recommend it.
