I tried to Google this but couldn't find anything. Does the WAJ have mehadrin kashrus? If not, anything different on Shabbos / around sukkos time?
Its all in the wiki next to the word "isreal", whatever that is.

In this thread Dan posted a Tel for the Mashgiach. He is a very nice person and you can ask him all your questions.

I have had personal experience where, he promised me something is one way, and when I got to he hotel I verified that it just wasnt true.

Your best bet is to call a competent Halachic authority.

Not to sound like an idiot, but when you get that email before your stay welcoming you in advance, they ask your food and beverage preferences: what is that about?

Hashgacha is plain Rabbanut.

Instead of relying on anonymous people, why don't you pick up the phone and call a reliable Rabbi who has been to the hotel kitchen, or knows someone that has, and see what he says.

P.S. The few Rabbanim that I have spoken with (that have actually checked out the kitchens top to bottom), all said they cannot recommend it.

would you by any chance be able to tell me which rabanim actually went into the kitchen?
as far as i know, very few were allowed in, and they say they cant recommend eating there because of that (not that they are wrong, but hard to get first hand info...)

I spoke with one that was there himself, and said he went through the entire kitchen top to bottom, and he cannot recommend it.

He has told quite a few people what exactly his problems were, including the hotel staff themselves, but they had no interest in changing anything.

It seems like they blocked all rooms for Shavuot next year is that normal? Or will they open it up as we get closer?

No idea if they'll open it back up but we went two years ago for Shavuot and I know at certain points it was blocked for this year but then they did open it up for both Pesach and Shavuot.  Play around and make sure that you only put 2ppl and see if they also have it set now for a 5 night minimum.
