Ordered KING TERRACE ROOM for upcoming shabbat.

Amira just contacted me and said it's not available but is happy to upgrade us.

Wanted the large terrace so I can make noise and not wake up the 2 year old in the bedroom.

What kind of upgrade can one expect?

Just tell them your reason for booking the terrace room and if they can't provide it that the upgrade needs to be to a full one bedroom suite so you can have space to be when your baby is asleep.  Push them for that since they don't have what you reserved.

Or better yet, push for a suite with a Terrace.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I had a balcony on the 2nd floor and in my opinion it was no big deal.

Take the smaller with balcony, I think the one on the 7th floor supposed to be the nicest.

Its not a closed bedroom regarding the noise so the balcony may help you.

If he is all prepared, knows exactly on which account he is staying etc it should be fine.

Has been mentioned many times in this thread. The law in Israel is that on Shabbos they check you out after shabbos is over.

This is policy for this hotel but definitely not Israeli law. Other Israeli hotels do not necessarily have the same policies, as mentioned on DDF before (can't recall if it was in this thread or the Israel hotels master thread).

It's been talked about in the ritzaliya thread iirc they charge 500 shekel for checking out after shabbos.
