Depends on day but shifts are 6-2/4.   2/4-11   11-6
There is one main manager one assistant manager 2 main front desk supervisors (though one stopped on Friday don't.know who took him over) he was usually there till 4, and regular check in agents which they are mostly new. It depends on agent how strict they are (usually the women check is are more strict)

Strict or not, why is there a rumor going around that they're not letting ppl check-in when apparently nobody had real issues??

for people checking in  as an accompany on a certificate stay- best to check in with evening shift after 2pm, seems like am front desk manager is more strict.
All depends on desk agent and if you or they have a problem then goes to supervisor , manager is usually on back room or taking care of things
he's not supposed to be busy with check in unless there is no one else around

Probably bc one guy had issues or they asked who the ah is and guy didn't know or said something like my friend booked it for me and they got upset.
Hilton's policy is to officially give to ah but if give to 2nd name then they don't have to give the benefits of ah to 2nd guest

For the free breakfast as a Gold or diamond member..do you need to have the status at the time of stay? Or would status at the time of booking suffice?

Can anyone update me about the kashrus situation at the WAJ? I heard there might be issues. Are those issues with breakfast or just Shabbos meals? Thank you!
If you are trying to get my attention/assistance and I'm not responding, please feel free to PM me. :)

As many times as needed as the kashrus situation here changes constantly not the actual hasgacha but the mashgiach and how trustworthy they are I've had a mashgiach answer everything is fine bc he assumed I was an uneducated tourist and when I asked him how he can say things were fine he basically just walked away from me and said there were kulos I could rely on which made me feel very uncomfortable. One example is they have non mehadrin cheeses and all cooked food has a sign that it's milchig bc they use same utensils without necessarily washing them so they say it's vadai milchig, now because they have no clue what  is touching what  there is a chance that they end up having non mehadrin cheese in your eggs pancakes etc. So how can they say it's all good? Mashgiach basically gave me it's only a safek and I shouldn't worry..... Just saying u really need to ask when you are there and find a trustworthy mashgiach to talk to and not be given the bc your American ts all kosher here

What changed?
Hotel is not paying normally. There are some politics now between the Hashgachah and the Hotel.

AFAIK all cheese at the WAJ is Mehadrin. Non mehadrin cheeses is a common issue at Israeli hotels, but not the WAJ.
