I’ve been upgraded to both and don’t agree. Anyone with kids that they are trying to add to the room will greatly appreciate the extra space of a Junior suite. We had one with a very long entryway and were able to wheel the crib  down the entry hall and not worry about the lights in the main room bothering our youngest. There was also a nice sized pullout couch.  I’d totally prefer the junior suite.
+1.
Which? Some junior suites are really are awful, and if rather go with a grand deluxe.
don't know.
Life is as good as you make it...

Same as previously reported a few weeks ago. The new owner was here past week for daughters wedding and did a shabbat chatan there this past shabbos . Was supposed to finalize and sign so not sure if it happened yet or if this article jumped the gun like the last one. The staff at waj has been saying for a few weeks it's being finalized and past week made it sound like t was a given he just had to sign to come.in and sign

Anyone have a sense of what the return was to the Reichmann family?  Article says they bought the land in ~2006 for NIS 20 million... let's assume $6 million.  What did it cost to construct?

Assumptions
Assume average room is ~500 sq feet multiplied by 227 = ~115k sq. ft.
Public areas (total guesstimate) = 85k sq. ft.

Luxury Apartments 2k sq. ft per apartment = ~60k sq. ft.
27 of 30 apartments sold for $1.25mm each = ~$35mm

According to my contacts there is still no sale. Contract has not been finalized and nothing was closed yet. Yes they are in process but according to my sources there is a small chance the deal could still go sour.

I guess for you it doesn't make a difference but it does for people who like to know facts.

I would guess the apartments sold 2-4x that, actually if anyone knows what they were going for I'm curious.

Was just at hotel and spoke to management and they said hotel hasn't been sold yet and someone is leaking that it has been. They are still in talks with ohayon about it but hasn't been signed
