I haven't had issues using a 2nd guest and having a cert from one ah one day and rev from another ah and made it back to back (guest was 2nd on both nights)
I booked 2 nights from one persons account and the 3rd from someone else’s. Had no issues at all

Thank you for the DPs. Super helpful.

What's a better room, grand deluxe or deluxe with balcony? i.e. how nice is it to have a balcony?

So strange, what's the advantage of a grand deluxe then, that they charge more for it and it doesn't have the balcony.

@gross5g any insight?

Most balconies are nothing major. The patios are something different. I would definitely prefer grand deluxe

Grand deluxe are bigger rooms and not every grand deluxe has a balcony some do some don't .
Makes sense the room given was a terrace room(think it's drop smaller bc lose space bc of he patio) on the 4th floor think they only have 4 of them.

Yes it's more than grand deluxe (here was a time it was more than a jr. Suite) but it's all on your preference

Cheapest way to use revenue for the WAJ? Booked Friday, Sat and Sunday  nights on Amex free weekend night certs, just need to checkin for a Thursday night and don't feel like spending 95k HH, which is being reserved for a future BOB trip.

Would a Be My Guest Cert work? Or do those only work at Hilton branded hotels? Someone had one for sale for $275 a while ago one:

I'm not familiar with hilton's program. If I want to redeem a weekend certificate at the WAJ, what points rates would mean availability for a cert? Only 95k? Or any availability at all?

95k or less needs to be superior or accessible room
