I opened a few Hilton CC's and got points. But now there is no 5 nights available(to get free 5th night) and there are no weekend nights with a standard room.

Any other solutions on how to do this?

The Mashgiach in the waldorf is very unreliable on what standard they use in the kitchen. He has been caught lying multiple times. It's hard to find a Rav in Israel that actually trusts him. The hashgacha is rabbanut so that's what you have to assume you are getting.

As for the citadel from what I hear he is reliable and will tell you exactly where and what he is serving that day.

He also has the last word as to what comes into the kitchen unlike at the waldorf....
R' Shmuel Weiner seems to be concurring with what you wrote (interview with him starts at about 1:05):

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Correct, my information comes directly from him. He has tried multiple times to verify the standard that they claim they adhere to and to work with them but has been met with a brick wall.

David Lichtenstein.
Figured, he kept cutting off Rabbi Weiner, and sounds like he edited alot of it.

That was quite apparent throughout. "I cant believe you wouldn't eat there when so many bearded Rabbis eat there" Seriously?!?

How about talking to the specific issues Rabbi Weiner mentioned, they were quite simple.

As kosher as any establishment certified by Rabbanut.
