Nothing to debate. Just skip all food parts (except for the Shabbos takeout, and explain why you didn't use a hotplate), rest of the days all food/restaurants etc are included in the NDA.

Maybe leave the food out of it? Keep it to activities? At the very lease a sequel to your outbound flight.
Sounds like you did a lot on this trip compared with previous ones. Would be very helpful for a TR, even if its just bullet point skeletons.

But you can probably report about the mood there. How they see the current staffing and airport challenges, I am sure if you look hard enough you'll find plenty to write about that isn't covered by the NDA.

I second that. Any tips and ideas would be very helpful! We are going to be a group of ten ranging in age from 3-60. Looking for activities that could accommodate each of them at least some of the time.

Would also be helpful to know how flexible they are at WAJ with families in terms of people per room and rollaway beds.

Reminds me of my good friend in yeshiva who was a crazy foodie and would literally sit on pins from an half hour to dinner time counting the seconds, at dinner and at other meals you would talk to him but nobody was home, buried in is plate and like on a different planet, you get the picture. One day I told him, you know you are one lucky person, imagine my father calls me up that we're going to Israel next week, I'd be so unimaginably thrilled and excited, now you seem to have almost that sort of excitement every single day... A few days later he tells me guess what, my father just told me he'll take me in the summer for a trip to Israel, for he first time! but without a blink he continued, "you know they say in Israel they make the best sandwiches!!" I was like OMG, and here I was thinking that that food excitement is almost like a trip to Israel.. a trip to Israel is all about the sandwich!!

Sounds more like a food addict/junkie than a foodie. This isn't a description of the discriminating palate of a connoisseur of fine cuisine.
