Doubt that.
I spoke with Rabbi Weiner guy Rabbi Farkash. I’m pretty sure he said the citadel breakfast was good and the plaza he had minor reservations about one of the cheeses and was going to visit again soon otherwise all good.

The Citadel is Rabbanut but apparently it does make sense. Read the second to last paragraph:
https://mishpacha.com/a-seat-at-the-table/

“The important thing to consider here is the mashgiach’s position in the organization,” Rabbi Farkash says. “Some hotels don’t give the mashgiach a lot of authority. Kashrus is subordinate to other concerns. But the David Citadel appointed Rabbi Lishner to a position with a lot of authority. The teudah might say Rabbanut, but it’s really Rabbanut Mehadrin-plus-plus-plus.“

I'm talking about meat.

I'm talking about meat.
Thought the discussion was about the various hotel breakfasts and the trust factor of a hotel Rabbi Weiner doesn’t find acceptable. I doubt his is ok with the meat. Speaking of meat, the Skyline restaurant mentioned in the article had a surprisingly good aged entrecôte steak, more like what you would expect at a high end restaurant in the tri state.

Rabbi Weiner is definitely not looking to be unduly machmir. I called from the King David lounge in TLV to ask about some of the foods that simply had paper placards stating they were Badatz Eidah Hachareidis. Rabbi Farkash wasn’t familiar with the lounge but he told me several options that were fine to eat and had me ask the staff to see packaging, and he was then ok with several other items as well as the cappuccino and espresso machine. It’s a shame that WAJ won’t just work with him like the others are doing.

R’ Nafcha certainly considers himself to be on par with the top hashgachos. I’ll bet most of the 1500 kosher certification agencies consider themselves to be top notch. The gold standard for Americans seems to be Rabbi Weiner from ZNT kosher, who’s mission is to recommend places that are at least up to the general American standards of kashrus. ZNT does not recommend WAJ. They do recommend several other Jerusalem hotels that they have looked into, including some with Rabbanut Mehadrin, notwithstanding the fact that they don’t generally recommend Rabbanut Mehadrin. It certainly is enough to give one pause and do his own research before eating there.
Either him or Rav Kuber, depending exactly which crowd your talking about...
Quote
It’s hard to pass up the much talked about breakfast spread especially if one can score a free Hilton night but the question one should ask themselves is if WAJ were just another wannabe American pizza joint in Geulah would I be comfortable eating there based on Rav Nafchas say so or would I think twice? For some Rav Nafchas claim, non withstanding ZNT lack of recommendation will conform with their general kashrus standards. For others, it may fall short. That way one can make a principled decision without negius.

Does anyone know if there are daily mincha/maariv minyanim in the hotel- or if there are daily minyanim in Mamilla?
FYI, right across the waldorf. Walk out front door, make a right. About 100 feet there's a white door. On the same small street as the hotel.
