They had a nice selection and the food was good. I preferred it to a buffet, which they had at lunch.

Still prefer the convenience of buffet.

 I may have walked up 15 floors in the Sheraton plaza as a bochur but that was then and this is now.

I think they have elevators that go up to sections and not the ones that stop on every floor.

If you ask nicely they give nice deluxe rooms on the first 3 floors to families (we were there on a full shabbos and got attached deluxe rooms on 3rd floor for our free HHonors Reserve awards). 3rd floor wasnt hard even with hefty 3 month old, and loved racing around the beautiful clock on the exquisitely detailed staircases.
that said, their elevators are wacky and take getting used to (if u dont have a key card cant use so motzei shabbos gotta go to front desk to ask for a new one).

Generally only the ones that are situated directly above, not the ones on the perimeter.
