We are talking about the WA. ;)
They had a nice selection and the food was good. I preferred it to a buffet, which they had at lunch.

Okay just making sure...
Still prefer the convenience of buffet.
After all, I grew up in NYC and have no patience for waiters.

Any consensus on the elevators? Acceptable for shabbos?

I may have walked up 15 floors in the Sheraton plaza as a bochur but that was then and this is now.

I think they have elevators that go up to sections and not the ones that stop on every floor.

If you ask nicely they give nice deluxe rooms on the first 3 floors to families (we were there on a full shabbos and got attached deluxe rooms on 3rd floor for our free HHonors Reserve awards). 3rd floor wasnt hard even with hefty 3 month old, and loved racing around the beautiful clock on the exquisitely detailed staircases.
that said, their elevators are wacky and take getting used to (if u dont have a key card cant use so motzei shabbos gotta go to front desk to ask for a new one).

Apparently In the reviews from hotel the rooms on those floors are located above the lobby which can be really noisy on shabbos keep that in mind not very conducive for kids to sleep

Generally only the ones that are situated directly above, not the ones on the perimeter.
