I heard September from the concierge.
Pretty sure it will be indoor,there's already a sign for the pool/spa on level -1

Crib is your standard small roll away. Baby should be comfortable in it.

Got to waldorf today so far it is great we got upgrade to grand luxe suite which is smaller than a junior but it is an unbelievable room setup wise much bigger than the regular room two sinks in bathroom big tub in middle of bathroom I will post pictures right after morning cleanup tomorrow definitely a great option if you can't get upgraded to a suite

We'll be there from Wednesday. Was the upgrade automatic or did you help them along, so to speak?

Actually we asked for one when we got there and nothing doing We checked into the deluxe balcony and then the called us 20 min later and said would you like an upgrade and of course we did

I received a Waldorf Astoria Be My Guest Certificate from the WA NYC (they messed with my HH account and gave me this comp certificate). I want to use it at WA Jerusalem. I have never had any of the Hilton BMG certs, but from what I read, it sounds like the same thing, except this one is specifically labeled WA. There are no instructions on how to book a room with it. I tried online but couldn't find a place to enter the cert #. I called the 800 # but the agent said I need to contact the hotel directly. Is that the only option? Someone above said they are good with email...should I go that route?

It's a a certificate they someone give out after a bad experience to try to make up for it
