I know this has been discussed before and I really don't want to get this popping (thats a lie) but I just had a discussion with someone who is in the know and was informed why they only have a rabbanuit hechsher and told me there is nothing to worry about...
he also discussed the kashrus with a mashgiach and told me that they do their own shechta run.

I don't advise you to take advice from someone online about what you should or shouldn't eat but I wanted to share.

I respect and trust the person who told me this information very very much, basically what I'm saying is don't just assume it's no good and do your own due diligence.

Everyone is entitled to do as they please.  With that being said, I personally spoke with Rabbi Kuber (he works for the OU in America, and is someone that alot of prominent rabbanim in israel refer their Kashrus questions to.) who told me that although they have good mashgichim, after personally going through the kitchens top to bottom, he unfortunately cannot recommend it.
if anyone wants r kuber number pm me you can speak to him yourself for all your questions about any hashgacha

I don't know what you mean by cracking down, it was the policy that all rooms came with breakfast for 2. It's possible that changed recently.

Just spoke to front desk and they said that on award bookings breakfast is free for Gold and Diamond but I recommend calling before with your specific reservation to make sure.

I was under the impression that it was only for gold and diamond members officially but everybody was just taking. Had somebody stay 3 nights, 2 gold 1 silver, got charged breakfast for 1 silver.

You can request the bed type.

Booked a king, the twin rooms charge more points.

How do you request a twin? I emailed the address on their site but no response.

re kids - FWIW, I just spoke with a manager and he said that even though the max per room is 3, I could have 2 kids in the room (with 2 adults) as long as I didn't need both a crib and a cot.
