Paying guests get breakfast for free. If you are staying on points you need to be gold or diamond to get free breakfast. (source)

Complimentary (No longer, is now 60sh for self park - Drago)

Shuls Nearby:
Great Synagogue - Approx. 7 minute walk
Kotel around 15min walk thru the mall & arab Shuk (Only suggested when soldiers are present like friday night on the way home)
Hotel has a Shul in the basement
Shul across the street

Hechsher: Plain Rabbanut Yerushayim (not mehadrin)
hechsherim in isreal whatever your rabbi says you can eat, someone else's rabbi says is treif

If anyone is planing on staying at Waldorf and not eating the free breakfast (Hechsher, Early flight, etc') please PM shimino1

If you get free drinks vouchers and don't use them, I'll buy it off you for 10 shek per voucher.

You should tip anyone that provides a service to you during your stay. Bell boy who brings up bags, room service, etc. 8-10 NIS is fine.

Can anyone chareidi tell me if the cocktails are fine? They have fruit in them but its nachri, no issues of shmita. But there might be other.   ?

Can't believe this hotel thread is close to 100 pages,
Was there in the winter and all I gotta say is I'm totally  unimpressed, it's way way over priced
The breakfast that everyone is moaning about doesn't compare to hotels in telaviv that charge half price for a stay, in my opinion it's all about the name, and happens to be that the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan put this one to shame

WA NYC is a four star property I'm not sure in what way it puts this to shame?
Lot's or people here won't eat the breakfast at Hotels in TLV also AFAIK there are no nice hotels in TLV that charge less than 300/250 SUM/WIN.

okey, maybe 1 complaint, lol..

Jk, it didn't take long to earn the points. There was a 70k sign up bonus (I think it just came out again... Saw it recently...) $5k within 3 or 6 months, and since I was 5k short, I asked amex if they can give me the 5k. They gave me zero hassle. Easy 80k.
