so for all paid stays breakfast is included? I am seeing options for breakfast included options and what appears to be non-inclusive options. I am looking for the days after shavuos. AMEX Travel is showing 539 vs 595 pn (this is not using the fine hotels and resorts option)

Yes all paid stays include breakfast.  I'm at the WA right now and all the food and the whole experience over Pesach was amazing.  I'll try to post some pics after I return home.

Absolutely it's enough. They gave grape juice and serve eggs, hot kugels, potatoes, etc.  Over Pesach just now these even had non-Gebrokts pizza and lasagne on Chag.  We bought cold cuts and chips to have meat and enough food to eat later in the day.  They are also very nice about giving you a fridge in your room for no charge.

I stayed several times at WA Jerusalem.

Friend suggested for upcoming shabbos I stay at David Citadel, can someone please give recent comparison to the two?

How do you compare Shabbos meal at Citadel to WA (I am told citadel was nicer) and also general hotel atmosphere in Citadel?

Thank you

We actually stayed at WA and met friends for Shabbos lunch at the Citadel and totally thought the WA ambience, china, decor, everything was nicer but I guess everyone is different. Plus everything you spend at WA will get you HHonors points (giving you possibly up to like 30% back for a future stay)...just for that I'd choose the Waldorf. Staying at the Citadel for the pool during the week makes total sense but for Shabbos I personally wouldn't.
