About spa they were bragging about becoming the first seprate kosher spa

Umm...LOL...the WA and Hilton in Saudi Arabia already have separate pools and spas... now we just need to find out whether they all fight about whether food there is "really" halal!  ;D

The wa spa is ladies only doesn't have a separate one for men onsite

Correct and the Hilton across the way is men's only.  If you are the wrong gender at either hotel you are allowed to use the facilities at the sister property.  They are so "frum" that one sex has to use a pool at a totally different resort. Note to WAJ management, if you go this route, can you give women access to the pool at the Citadel, with the awesome view, and give the men the one you're gonna build underground?  I really want to go to Saudi Arabia now so my husband will have to be in charge of my sons and my daughter and I can really relax and enjoy the ladies only spa.  And since we are Sephardic and keep "bet al Yusuf" it sounds like the food is gonna work for us too!  ;D :P

On 2nd thought I think we'll just go back to Il Quds (i.e. Jerusalem) and also spend a few days at the Hilton in Tel Aviv (that is in fact exactly how I have my Sukkot 2018 planned), where they employ these lovely Thai ladies who run their spa!  8)

No your not the only one trying to go for Shabbos it's usually booked at least till Jan time but as days get closer people cancel (or get upgraded) so have to keep checking to see if it opens up. I have alot of people who ask me for.rooms and do alot of.bookings there so kind of figured out this pattern.
for example last night a room opened up for this Shabbos but by his morning it was gone again

I heard people are having problems if the name on the certificate does not match the name of the arriving guest.

Don't think shift changes at 2pm.
