Great Synagogue - Approx. 7 minute walk
Kotel around 15min walk thru the mall & arab Shuk (Only suggested when soldiers are present like friday night on the way home)
Hotel has a Shul in the basement
Shul across the street

Hechsher: Plain Rabbanut Yerushayim (not mehadrin)
hechsherim in isreal
whatever your rabbi says you can eat, someone else's rabbi says is treif

If anyone is planing on staying at Waldorf and not eating the free breakfast (Hechsher, Early flight, etc') please PM shimino1

If you get free drinks vouchers and don't use them, I'll buy it off you for 10 shek per voucher.

Have a revenue stay booked and the hotel wants to charge $120 a night for a cot. Is that normal?

That's the same thing that the King David charges, Mammila and Citadel don't have the prices posted online but I'd imagine they're similar.
It's common for high end hotels to price rollaway beds at rates like that.
Not that it's not absolutely ludicrous especially considering that very often Hotels of the same caliber even in the same city give them for free but it is common practice.

What's the closest shul where one can get minyanim for shachris near the waj, besides the kosel ?
The Great Synagogue has a minyan every morning,I believe at 6:00 & 8:00.

 There’s a reg minyan in the plaza as well I believe the front desk has info on timing

Depending on what room u booked but one level up they no longer give anything higher than grand deluxe rooms for upgrades
