Nothing changed from what I was told originally they r still in what they hope r final stages and obviously both sides r trying to get the best deal so these things take time and a lot of fine details before anything gets signed .
The possible new guy was here for a week and his wife was here longer getting more info and a feel for what needs to be done

Current rate on the small room is 74k points for Jan 31. Haven't seen that rate in a while. Used the app to check rates.
Thanks!
Had a room booked for 94k and just rebooked it at 72k.

DDF guys are the best!
+1.
I just saved $100 per night by rebooking my room reservations for late April 2018, and for one night booked with HH points was 115K, just rebooked for 89K.
Thanks so much rediplus and yg99!  and DDF!

I would guess the apartments sold 2-4x that, actually if anyone knows what they were going for I'm curious.
I think they were going for about $3m in the beginning.
But they are more like over 3k sq ft (300 meters) - at least the base size.

And from what I heard, contract was signed. But this buyer has signed and backed out before.
So nothing done untill he pays.
(Obviously there is some clause in the contact that allows him this time).

I just booked one night at waj for april 11 for 89,000 points. theyre telling me total occupancy is only 2 and i have two adults, one toddler and one infant. Has anyone done that? are they accomodating and give u a crib or wont even check you in?
the next size room is 162,000 points. any advise on how i can upgrade or get a bigger room without paying the points plus cash?

Please advise

cribs are free and it was reported up thread that toddler rollaway's are free so you should be fine. especially if you do not need both

I think I mentioned it, or saw it mentioned in the pet peeves thread, (or was it elsewhere?) how you greet a newcomer to DDF only to find out a short while later that they're a longtime member under a new alias...  ::)
