I just checked it does not mention Breakfast included. Just want to make sure that you are refering to seeing that in the wording.
Check the terms and conditions but if I recall all paid rates come with free breakfast. Or can always call Hilton and ask

Not so typical to see the Mashgiach self promoting himself. He couldn't get someone else to promote him? Maybe there's a reason for that? Not that I like to cast suspicions for no reason...

In article he just says the meat products are glatt and they  rabanut mehadrin yerishalyim for meat isn't accepted amongst most frum americans.
Also article makes no mention of milchig or breakfast which I know they use questionable products and rely lon alot of kulas to get around some of the issues. Again ask your lor and know your standards before u just eat there bc a guy in a beard and suit says it's all kosher doesn't make it kosher.
Also keep in mind he doesn't speak a word of English so this has to be translated so not sure how loose of a translation it is to sound good.

That's what it started out as, but then when you read further, it's basically the mashgiach promoting himself. It could be that was something that got lost in the translation..

Not sure whose promoting who at this point but obviously the hotel is having issues with their clientele and the kashrus so they r trying to calm e/o down
