You need to define mehadrin standards first....
The ones they are trying to give an impression that they are keeping to.
Feelings don't care about your facts

Why can't a fire be left on that was lit by a Jew?
And who's turning on the ovens?

Now there are terms like mehuderet to learn for a restaurant like Crave, which was opened and managed by a partner who also owns Teaneck’s Nobo.
Is there anyone who actually eats there?
This is the hechsher they had, camera was dying when I took it so flash wasn't working.

I saw somewhere that new rules (which were suggested many times before) will go into effect, forbidding any employer/employee relationship between the supervised stablishement and its mashgiach. I wonder how that would play out at the WAJ.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Which use one of your favorite types of logic/reasoning. Our Mehadrin standard is that we only use Mehadrin meat...

just to be clear, this is referring to the yotzai vnichnas Mashgiach who used to be paid by the various establishments he visited. The temidi Mashgichim (knowiis EY as a "ne'eman Kashrut" will still be employees of the establishment. This is based on the information I received from my Rabbanut contact. This actually what many hashgachos in the US do and should work fine if you have a good Yotzai vnichnas. In Boston the Yotzai vnichnas stops by each establishment between 2 and 6 times per week

That is because he doesn't want to use the bathroom in those establishments.

His boss is the head of the Rabbanut Mehadrin Jerusalem.
Even though the certification isn't mehadrin?

And issue by meat that no mashgiach tmidi.
I as well was there and asked for mashgiach and I heard her say in Hebrew thinking I didn't understand that they didn't know if he came yet and that was at 9am . When he came about 45 min later I asked about the kashrus and I got the everything is good , I asked him what products they use and i guess he thought I was an  ignorant American not someone who lives here and has a clue  to  the types of kashrus here. He told me everything is good when I pressed him for which hashgacha they use he said don't worry it's all mehadrin I asked for specifics and when he gave them to me I told him in Hebrew that some of hasgachas they use are definitely not mehadrin and he said if I don't like it don't eat .

What hashgachas did he tell you, that you’d consider not mehadrin?

A few of the cheeses can't remember exactly which hechsher (if any ) but def not mehadrin. And also should know that the made food is considered milchig not just d.e.
So asked why and he said bc they aren't always good with cleaning the dishes well , so asked if possible that my made food (eggs pancakes etc.) Can have that non mehadrin cheese in it ? Said possible but it's a sofek if used the utensil for that cheese and  sofek if wasn't washed well and even if went in is prob batul bshishim..

So now you’re accusing them of using cheese without a hechsher at all. These cheeses are specialty cheeses, they’re not using them in your pancakes or eggs & I can’t think of a common scenario that would cause them to use utensils used for those cheeses for your eggs or pancakes & even if they did-

Sounds like bitul lichatchila.

I’m not claiming to know anything about their Kashrus but what you’re saying is not worth much. You gotta find other reasons to say they’re not mehadrin & at the same time try not to accuse them of using treif because it just cheapens anything else you say.

Lol, so you asked the masgiach and the masgiachs boss and they both said that the masgiach is doing a good job and the establishment is kosher? Sounds very definitive.

If the Mishna would be written in today's day and age, I'm sure there would have been an extra line about Hechsherim in Kidushin 4:14.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
