can you get 5th night free with a combine certificate and points reservation?

I had posted earlier that the week of YK, before Sukkot, up to Erev Chag still had points bookings, but now those Fri/Sat nights are not showing any standard rooms. Sun-Fri, including YK still have some handicap accessible 95k rooms but if anyone wants that week, I’d book ASAP.

any workaround? its interesting when you book a certificate it, on the actual rsv it shows up as a points reservation.

I booked using a cert the other week and the agent by mistake applied it to a Monday instead of Sunday not sure how. he kept saying cert wasn't working and I said I see the room is available so it should work only after when he went over the details did he say he booked for Monday (not Sunday like I wanted) and that's what the hold up was he had to manually do the reservation so guess ymmv

i wonder if it can be booked orig for a weekend and then like your saying i think-be changed (once the rev was already made) to a weekday?

im assuming people try this with the standard accessible room rates-were they would be to get the standard point rate and then call and switch to a reg room.

You mean the mashgiach himself who was interviewed says hes meheadrin.....

that interview was a year ago and alot can change in that amount of time  ,

And fact is they don't have a mehadrin hechsher.

I'm currently holding a points reservation for July 26-28 for a King Superior Room (95K points/night). That could only serve as a reason to be more suspicious. Trying to give a false impression of "Mehadrin" (or maybe it's not false, as it's a meaningless label - except in the context of Israeli Rabbanut certification, where it has some meaning) when it is simply - not!

there can actually be a legitimate reason for that. To be Rabbanut Mehadrin, you need to use Rabbanut Mehadrin meat and poultry, exclusively. If you want.to  use Rubin or Eidah you can not be certified Rabbanut Mehadrin
