One answer for you in  short was bc when reichman owned it they assumed it was all up to standard bc he wouldn't serve things that wouldn't be acceptable to everyone which was never true bc he didn't really have anything  to do with the f&b , once it was sold people then started asking questions and realized that it's rabanut but so many people have been eating there so e/o piggy backs on those guys who used to eat there.  if so and so can eat there must be good

Go speak to a mashgiach there and AYLOR. They only use mehadrin food.

And mashgiach there is under the impression Stam rabanut is better then any kashrus in America. so to Americans everything in hotel is mehadrin

Only mention petach tikva and aguda is bc alot of the soft and hard cheeses come from them so even breakfast can cause a problem if not careful to know what you are eating
