Where is the minyan?

The shul is floor -2 (two floors below ground floor) steps to the left when you come in main entrance

Does anyone know who actually runs the services within the hotel?  Is there a Rabbi that works for WAJ taking care of the minyanim, I guess acting like a Gabbai at a regular shul?  Some of you guys seem to know management and the inner-workings of the hotel really well and I was just curious as to how it worked.

At the bottom walk straight ahead through the double doors. The shul is the 3rd (I think) room.

Is it still true that it is not possible to get a standard award night for Saturday night stays?

Yes, just yesterday, I was able to use a free night cert for a Saturday night next summer.  Just search for some dates far out next year and you should see the standard room availability (I havenít checked close in dates).
