The shul is floor -2 (two floors below ground floor) steps to the left when you come in main entrance
At the bottom walk straight ahead through the double doors. The shul is the 3rd (I think) room.

Does anyone know who actually runs the services within the hotel?  Is there a Rabbi that works for WAJ taking care of the minyanim, I guess acting like a Gabbai at a regular shul?  Some of you guys seem to know management and the inner-workings of the hotel really well and I was just curious as to how it worked.
The hotel has someone that runs it. Gabbai, bal koreh, etc....

Is it still true that it is not possible to get a standard award night for Saturday night stays?

They may be blocking some (or sold out) certain weeks for Saturday night but I just booked using weekend night certs today.

You booked Saturday night only? (What I was told is that for Saturday night you need to book it as a 2+ night otherwise it won’t show up)

Yes, just yesterday, I was able to use a free night cert for a Saturday night next summer.  Just search for some dates far out next year and you should see the standard room availability (I haven’t checked close in dates).

they won’t take more than 50 arrivals for motzie shabbos as people check out late for shabbos and they need to turn the rooms. Until they have reached that threshold ( like dates much further out) they accept one night reservations, points and cash, after they reach that threshold they don’t allow any one to arrive on the Saturday

Is there a way to find out if that is the reason that there’s no availability? I used a free night for Friday and looking to use another one for Motzei shabbos

When staying for just Friday night do they let you check out on motsei Shabbos? Does it cost more? Or you have to book two night?

If you book with two different honor rewards programs, the first two nights are silver level and the last two night are gold level, will you get free breakfast for the first two nights?
