And the products they are using (spices sauces etc ask about those as well .they have been known in past to use triangle k and other very questionable hechsharim and when pressed about it to see the storage room for products  they refuse to show or allow anyone near the place.)
Also make sure there is always a masgiach on site as many times there isn't.....and they may say there is and hes busy but then someone won't come for an hour.
Not saying there's a problem but your dealing with very shady people , same way you'd avoid shady point dealers if they can't tell you where they get their stock from or how they do it this is much worse.

This is From personal experience about 2 months ago , and when I mentioned  a few rabbonim in yerushalayim that told me what to ask the head masgiach blew his top said some very nasty things about them how they aren't real rabbonim and don't know what they are saying etc and just trying to make trouble for him and stormed off not a good look. If don't have what to hide and are willing to work with people he wouldn't have this issue

yeah if you want the most mehadrin option thats decent its the plaza. i feel they have gone down too significantly since the old chef left, but at least the prices are lower usually than the waldorf.
Some say the inbal is really tasty, but i havent seen any real source saying they are mehadrin/mashgiach keeps it like mehadrin.

The Vaad doesn’t allow deliveries to the airport. There is a new hechsher that allows delivery to the airport but you can only use it, if you’re from out of town. (This is what I understood from the past 15 pages CMIIW)

Unlike the above not a joke afaik.
Just another one of their policies shutting the door on potential issues instead of dealing with them. (To me similar to the approach to non mevushal wines at resteraunts in the US).
