Hechsher: Plain Rabbanut Yerushayim (not mehadrin)
hechsherim in isreal whatever your rabbi says you can eat, someone else's rabbi says is treif

The worst part is that you just know they're going to do the same thing that the Hilton Jerusalem did.  Ditched Hilton after a short period of time and became the Citadel :P

So then book it, and if it's delayed again, then request compensation.
