80k Hilton points are worth at best imo 400$ while the average price for a night is between $600~750 so points are useful!
The hotel itself is disappointing? Why?
From what I have heard it's the most luxurious hotel in Jerusalem /Israel

He said it's disappointing not to be able to use points effectively.

So would be a brand new Holiday Inn if they built one in Jlem. It's a bit overhyped.

Airlines sending me "We're in this together" emails.

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed it 51.50 pounds?

Same reason every other hotel deflags in Israel.

What a shame Pritzker punted on making it a corporate owned Park Hyatt.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

just speculation here, but perhaps having a foreign owner, this time will be different?

Na, Israeli hotels have little to gain by being part of a foreign chain
