Paid rate=$1,876.20, a value per point of 1.17 cents

So you'll be better off selling the points to a broker and paying. Or finding someone to transfer at a better ratio.

Booked Oct 6-19, 2 rooms at the Waldorf for Succos using a points many months ago. 2 nts (both rooms) were Reserve certificates. The rest cost about 1.25M points. Is it worth to cxl my reservation, sell the points and buy the reservation back with Global Tours?

1.25 million Hilton at a value of half a cent a point (I think that's a generous estimate) would be $6250 Global is charging $12,800 there's no way 4 reserve certs plus 25k MR is worth anywhere near $6000 (they are worth closer to $1000)
